Removing 1984 4runner rotor
Can't find ANY information on how to do this. Normally you remove the wheel, remove the caliper and then slip the rotor off- not the case. The entire hub assembly appears to be holding the rotor firmly in place and I am at my wits end trying to figure this out.
This is an 84 front axle, which appears to be entirely different from the 85's. Does anyone have any writeups or perhaps a manual for a 1984 (not 1985) 4runner so that I can do this?? I have been searching for hours and hours and am fed up with it now...

It appears that there are 2 bolts holding the entire hub assembly to the rotor and I have read that the only way to remove the rotor is to remove the entire hub assembly by removing the retaining clip and nut inside of the hub...

Got it all apart and the new rotor/pads installed.
Come to find out the lugs (not the lug nuts) are damaged and now need to be replaced. when something goes wrong with this truck it goes horribly wrong. Never anything simple...
