So i am close to having a rear tube bumper made for my 1990 4runner with a stock tire carrier, however i didnt even think about the fact that the side hoops will interfere with my stock tire carrier. I would really prefer to leave the carrier in tact, however if you guys think there is no way around it then i suppose i could put my tire on my roof rack.

My first idea around it would obviously be to leave the hoops off and go with a clean square tube style but then again it kinda leaves the corners out to take a beating and isnt half the point of a rear bumper to protect my now unprotected rear corners?

But any creative ideas or examples are welcome. Again, i havent commited anything yet so im open for ideas and input please
