91 22re Intake swap onto a 85 22re question

I just wanted to know if I can swap the entire intake from a 91 22re (Throttle body, Upper/Lower Plenum, manifold) and still keep the fuel rail/injectors of the 85 22re ? Because I think I read somewhere that if I also switch the injectors, I will also need to switch the ECU. Ty!

I put a 93 intake on my 87 with no issues. I used the 87's injectors though. Different impedance on the injectors.

Thank you, good to know I can go with the swap then, another question, is it possible for a 85 22re Celica Engine to run with a 91 Pickup ECU and AFM? and if so, would It affect MPG... because it seems I get really crappy mpg...

Sorry for all these questions I have no idea what one of the PO did to this truck but its pretty weird...
