sas pickup front end vibration

Here is the problem, my driveshaft(front end) vibrates horribly. I have TG long splines and it was professionally built by six states. The vibrating is only really bad when the hubs are locked in AND the t case is in 4wd. For example, if I have the hubs locked in and the t case is in 2wd(driveline still spinning), the vibration is very small. Or vise versa, the hubs are unlocked and the t case is in 4wd. Can anyone help me out??

Sounds like bad pinion angle.

The angle at the pinion is better than the one at the t case. It has single joints on each end, but I have heard of people running them like that without issues.

Trail-gear flat out states "This product is a heavy duty replacement part and is not recommended for use on the street."

when I had my driveshaft built by http://drivelinetech.com/home.php Brian said that the T-G shafts could not be balanced properly..

Im pretty positive, but the thing is is that it only vibrates bad when the hubs and t case is locked in, this kinda makes me think it could be front end slop? I also have a v6 diff in the front, i dont know if that messes things up? Opinions??
