Air conditioning with engine swap

Ok so I'm putting a 5.3 vortec in my 1990 4runner and I'm trying to still have working A/C. For the most part the a/c is stand-alone, except for 3 wires going to the factory toyota computer, which i'm removing. I'm wondering if anyone knows what should be done with these? I'm pretty sure one of them should be wired to the chevy computer so it knows when the a/c is on and it can idle up. Also, in the wiring diagram is shows the water temperature switch as normally open, so can i just remove it? Thanks in advance

P.S. my 4runner was a 3.0 and Automatic trans.
