how do i install new hub studs for my front hubs?! there is no hole in the stud for a alan wrench. they are just stock replacment studs please help

thanks!! now if someone can tell me what i need to fix to get my 22re to idle down? it idles at 1700 and i turn in the idle screw all the way and puched the tps all the way down and it drops down and then goes right back where it was. its got a new tps o2 senser wires plugs i used 2 cans of brake cleaner lookin for a vacume leak and im lost now
