I have a cruise control issue on my 92 V6 pickup. When I push the main cruise button (left), I can hear the relay click, but no cruise light comes on in my dash. No CC action after that... Could the relay be faulty? Any suggestions would be awesome. I have the diagnostics PDF for the CC (http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...10cruiseco.pdf), but I don't understand how to access the diagnostic codes... Thanks for any ideas!!

 

O.K. So, I was poking around and had the instrument panel out to upgrade the 194s to L.E.D.s when...on a whim... I checked the cruise control light bulb. Sure enough, it was blown. I replaced the bulb (74), and the system is back up and running!! Apparently, having the bulb blown was enough to shut down the cruise control all together. What a simple fix! I hope this discovery will helps someone if they have the same issue...
