3vze injector problem (crank no start)

Hey guys Im having a difficult problem with my 3vze I just rebuilt. I just put the motor in and it has crank but no start problem. I got proper fuel pressure, ignition, compression. I put a niod light on the injector and no light so I put a test light on the terminals of the injector clips and both of them seem to turn on for power. I have also unplugged that connector to the ecu and still seem to have power on both sides. When I unplug all the injectors off the rail it seems to go back to normal with the power terminal lite up. Im in need of some help as to what I should do next.

When the ECM sends a signal to the injector to fire, it grounds out one terminal causing this to happen. Check your wiring, check your grounds at the passenger side rear of the valve cover (comes out of the injector harness to the back of the pass side head, and from there to the firewall), grounds at the drivers side outer head area above the oil filter, the ground under the Ignighter, and the chassis ground near the battery area. If none of these are an issue, break out the diagnostic chart in the FSM, and start checking terminals at the ECM.
