i need help

My right turn signals both front and back do not work, they make a loud buzz which sounds like its in the dash probably around the fuse box. I also do not have any parking lights, nor do my tail lights light up at night, but my brake and headlights work fine, also my left turn signal front and back is working fine.

Earlier today I replaced about 5 bulbs that were blown, before that I never heard a buzz, now I do with the new bulbs, although, they are not igniting!

I checked all fuses, seem fine, could it be a relay or something else?

 

I would check grounds.
