gonna part out 89 v6 4runner, figuring what can fit an 87 22re 4runner

My spare parts 89 4runner just went from a restoration vehicle, to a pull the parts then scrap vehicle.

I have a 87 22re 4runner, which I am going to keep a bunch of the parts for, and then I will just craigslist and post on here the other stuff.

I know want to keep the transmission, for when I finally get the funding to swap the 22re out with a better engine (definitely not gonna swap it with the 3.o v6, thats like 2 steps forward, one step backwards).

I did some searching around the forums, and found that I will definitely want to take the braking system, over, cause it is beefier/better.

and other than body stuff (quarter panels, hood, removable top, rear door, doors), and some newer parts I put on, master/slave cylinders, etc.

I was wondering if there was any other parts that will fit, and are better than the parts that are already on the 4 cylinder 4runners.

--------
on an unrelated note, I had a guy contact me who was interested in the engine (3.0 v6, 205k miles, runs but is kinda rough looking.) and I had no clue what kinda price to set for him. I looked around, and theres one other engine for sale in the area, but its like $650 (which seems high to me, considering the miles on the engine, and the shape, and that I paid 600 for the entire vehicle anyways.) and he wants the third member.

I'm parting a V6 too...I took the rear heater out of it, a few of the wheel studs and lugs to save just in case I break one. I took the map lights from the rear view mirror, map pockets from the door skins, the gauge cluster, the fuel level sender, the bottle jack out of the back, extra grab handles for the driver's side and a couple more in the back, all the fuses and relays for back-ups, power window motors for extras, you can swap out the bottom of the passenger seat if your driver's seat bolster is ripped, the retractable seat belts in the back seats if you don't already have an SR5, the tow hook in the front to replace the tow plate on yours and all the missing random bolts and screws you have from your interior! The options are endless!

I would get the window relay on the drivers rear quarter panel. I parted one out and sent just the shell and rusted frame. Have used alot of parts or traded for things I originally thought I would never need. Glad I kept erything. Nuts and bolts are always good.

I made a trade offer to the guy who wants to buy my engine, there's a 2. 4 engine with a blown head basket, I told him if he bought that I would trade him that for my 3. 0 engine, wiring harness, and evidence.

I'm considering keeping the rear end suspension from the transmission to the wheelsfor when I do a 2. 4 swap, or moving them onto my 22re 4runner now.

I also know I need to keep the motor mounts and the exhaust for the swap.

and will keep and move over the brake calipwrs, motors, and master.

the interior was gutted so I don't have any rear switch, but I do have all the rear window sensors, wiring, and the relay. :-)
