i attached a video at the top for everyone to listen to.


im trying to figure out what the knocking sound could be i know the valves need to be adjusted. however this noise just started.

let me know if anyone has any ideas

That sounds like really bad valve clatter. Pull the valve cover off and check the valve adjustment, also check the cam shaft for flat lobes.

 

Hard to tell. Might be a timing chain.
