89 4Runner 3.0 5spd sr5 to 97 3.4 and sas build-up

I picked this 89 4runner up one weekend in may for $1000 in Deland, FL about an 8hr drive there for me after months of looking around southern AL. for one and looking at over priced ones with lots of issues. Then 2 weeks later picked up a 97 4runner 3.4 4x4 limited with a E-locker 3" body and 2" susp lift 33" tires for a STEAL $400it had a crack in the radiator and no title. I'll be updating as i get further in to the sas and 3.4 build. currently it has a 4" susp and 3" body lift on 35" BFG KO it had a blown front diff when i picked it up. Here ar some pics this is my first time posting hopefully i added the the pics the right way.

My diff armor, front truss, solid pinion spacers, e-locker harness and studs came today so i started welding them on. tomorrow i should be getting the R&P install kits so i can work on setting up the e-lockers.
Cutting the diff housing to fit the e-locker

Setting up the truss to weld

starting to paint the calipers and knuckles

OK i started my sas last week after realizing that T.G. shipped me 1 hd spring and 1 none hd so i had to wait a week for them to ship me another hd spring i did all the prep work, setup the e-lockers with 5.29 gears, ifs hubs with tacoma rotors and here are some pics.

Now i just need to buy a long spline front shaft. So i can flex it completely without the driveshaft going into 2 pieces. Using front driveshaft from a 97 4runner.
Need to do relocate steering box forward, hydro assist, lift rear and bumpers.

So i finally swapped in the 3.4 the other weekend since the waterpump, valve covers and rear main seal started leaking on the 3.0. I'll post some pics this weekend when i get a chance.

So i bought a R151 w/t-case for dirt cheap and found a extra t-case on car-part.com for $150 to make my dual case setup. Triple stick setup thanks to RADesigns products.

That body lift needs to go away. Like right now.

Aside from that, looks good!
