im looking for a black 3rd gen (99+) style one piece grill guard for my runner. anyone know where to get one on the cheap? i really like the look of the wagg and manik ones also.

that grill guard isnt in bad shape at all from what i can tell in the pictures.

Have you read all the threads about putting a grill guard on your rig and what it could do in a small wreck?

By the time you shell out the dough for a nice grill guard and shipping, you could be in custom bumper territory. Just a thought.

 

-- Christian has a good point, I was going to get one, they look really cool. But one trip to any autobody yard and you can see the damage that they do in an accident to your front end, a small no damage fender bender turns into a new front end.
I am thinking of the Westin Push bar, that would cause less damage, but not nearly as cool looking....

You saw the damage that it did? It's $4100 worth. YUP, $4100.

FYI: grill guard would be about $550. A TJM T-17 is about $450 and a T-15 is $700...

Or, you can buy the used T-17 in the for sale section for $200.
