So I just rebuilt my 3vze from my 93 runner from the ground up. Well, it runs well but has a miss at idle. I had to pass emissions and was pumping 1186 ppm in at idle when the limit was 220 so clearly I'm missing at idle, but I don't miss at cruise. I passed emissions at cruise. It has a tick that sounds like a lifter not seated and I can't get power at the 10 degree mark for timing. If I set it there it doesn't miss and sounds much smoother, but I top out at 22 mph going up a slight incline. If I adjust it to the other end, it misses but gives me all the power in the world. Any ideas? I'm pretty close to stumped here. I'm gonna double and triple check all plugs and wires today but I know the cap and rotor are good...
