3VZE rough idle

I have a very rough idle, cold or hot
about 10% of the time, I can drive it a bit and it goes away
Truck runs fine otherwise

So far I have:
Tested all ohms at computer
removed, cleaned, adj & tested Throttle body & all components
mapp gas for vacuum leaks
Compression Test 165 on all 6 +/- 3psi
new plugs,cap rotor
adjusted exhaust valves
clean grounds & terminals
it just passed smog
no oil coming from pcv
coolant leakdown test
TPS,O2,Auxilary Air Valve in Throttle body all spec fine

I don't think its the coolant sensor because it happens when cold or hot

what should I do next? thanks!

How is the play in your distributor? I think that is the problem with the idle in mine.

may want to see if your egr valve is hanging open a bit. I built a block off plate for mine and removed it which cured quiet a few little problems.

When you cleaned grounds, did you include the fender area underneath the coil/igniter pack, and the bottom of the mount? I had to use a drill mounted wire brush on mine to get r done.

Hey guys, thanks so much for the advice. When I whacked the EGR with a mallet, it started running fine so I took it off and cleaned it & that has helped a lot
I did clean the grounds thoroughly
I have not heard much talk about the distributors on these but that is great advice to spec it
I don't have a great reference point but I also think I am low on power and getting bad mileage
I am going to try some of the other easy tests next like the cold start injector
