1qt every 100 miles

So my truck is a drinker.... After driving my little pickup for a few months now it has slowly and slowly burned more and more oil. When i bought it four months or so ago it was a quart for every 1500 miles. Now i'm having to check my oil every day. I work all day so i don't drive that much during the week and its only a mile away from my house. But on the weekends when i'm steady doing stuff it sucks it down. I don't have a single leak either. I just did the timing set, headgasket, oil pan, all that good stuff. I haven't gotten the chance to test the compression yet. My engine and truck has a little under 140k on them. The previous owner didn't change the oil once for a year that he owned it, just added. How long do you guy's think i can drive on it? I tried Bardol's No smoke stuff and it worked pretty good for slowing it down a tiny bit but its still burns.
