Help, replaced timing cover and now water problems

Well i finally got rid of the oil leak that was coming from the timing cover but now when ever i drive it the water is being pushed out of the overflow tank. Its not overheating. the radiator cap is cool and the water may be hot but not so hot i cant put my finger in it.
it has a brand new radiator in it and i pulled the thermostat but that made no differance. I dont know what i could have done wrong??? Any Ideas? I figure im gonna yank it back apart tommorow and see if i can find anything but i dont have a clue.
Before i did the timing cover i never had this problem so i figure it must be something i did but i just cant figure it. I didnt over do it on the black permatex so cant be that. Well thanks for any ideas. Ill let ya know what i find when i get it open yet again. done it so many times now i can do it with my eyes closed. sharon

Update on truck

Well i tore the whole thing apart today figuring i must have done something wrong,,, Nope nothing wrong everything where its supposed to be so put it back together again. I have to get some oil and antifreeze tommorow and will restart it and will pick up new radiator cap at the same time. I sure hope its that simple. otherwise im at a complete loss. Well i must say im getting fast at doing the timimg chain and cover. 5 hours from start to finish , the first time took me 2 days. LOL!!!!
Thanks for the guess about the cap ill try that tommorow. would have tried that first but nothing was open today.
