85 yota over heating, possible purchase
Hi ya'll
I've had my eye on an 85 yota truck for sale, it sounds like the body and interior have been restored. The problem is, it overheats. According to the seller the reason is because of an electrical short that causes the engine to overheat when the heater is on??? This doesn't seem to add up to me, how ever I am a noob
He has done some up-grades "LC Engineering EFI Power Package which includes: big bore throttle body, header, performance cam, and Pro Air Intake Kit" he has also installed a thermostat and put in an LC Engineering fan and fan clutch. I'm looking for a little wisdom on the topic before I buy.
Thanks for any info

never heard that one before, ive told people if it gets a little hot run heater to hot for a little extra cooling, might be restriction in cooling system, the upgrades sound nice though.
if it runs and not alot of noises or leaks and low or no rust its fixable. try for low price
