Made some new toys for the runner

So I was bored and decided to work on the 4runner. I wanted to make the truck stop well again and have had no fun with the rear proportioning valve so, I ran a new one inside . It works sweet, now I can dial it in driving. Then I made my hand throttle so I can creep on the rocks with my feet on the clutch and brake. Love this mod! And finally I was sick of the wire tied turn signals on the bumper so off to auto zone for some led strips. I just wired these in to the factory wires. I haven't changed the flasher to a digital one yet so they blink fast but if it bugs me thats an easy fix. So far I like all of these and for the time I put in they rock! Happy Wheelin Gentlemen!

Cool Mods. Those are some sweet floor mats you got there. Does WeatherTech make any like that?

I am running duals with stock modded crossmember. A new mount is in the works soon. The floorboards are diamond plate that's screwed down ( no carpet anymore) I dynamatted the floor so the plate keeps it from wearing off . And it looks nice too! I had carpet before and they sit just fine on it .

You have that much of a built rig, and you get bored? (instead of out wheeling) Nice mods, really like the turn signals.

I can open it almost all the way. At least I remember that I can it's so heavy with the high lift I just climb in or on the truck now . My kids dont ever get out even up front thru the doors they just climb in on the tires Dukes of Hazzard style! Man now you have me thinking. I have actually used the rear stinger on at least one occasion . It also pushes you away from what you are dropping into. The weather in michigan has been horrible up until recently so not much wheeling going on when everything is under water. That's why i was bored.

Those are 4 xinnovation tube doors . The new style have slam shut latches. Mine are not. They rock when mall cruisin or offroad. I made a set of tops for mine like jeep 1/2 doors that pop in to keep the rain out . And some curtains out of tinted plastic on the bottom. They fit in the back with my softop .

I thought reaching down to change a cd was risky. Throw in a PV and I'd surely have an accident within ten miles.

Hahaha ! I don't mess with it too much on the road. After I got it adjusted right . But it is nice to use when the going gets slippery . We have had alot of rain lately here it feels like Seattle not Michigan! I didnt like the idea of putting the valve outside the truck. So I found a home by me inside the cab

How did youbpost the pictures from your iPad? I havent figured that one out yet. Your rig looks awesome. Does your cage connect to the frame?

Just what PV did you use? I might need to get one, and I'd like to just find one with 3 AN fittings so it's easy to install. I couldn't find one at Summit.

The 4 x innovations kit bolts in where the body mounts are so very strong I tied my cage in to the frame in 4 spots. I ordered the davez lspv kit he has.it comes with a summit pv and all the adapters you need its about 80 dollar s and I was lazy. You could build end kit a little cheaper but not by much And Dave has good stuff and seems like a nice guy so support him.
