Went wheeling Friday and all was ok. Drove back some 30 miles to the house, parked it, went inside. The next morning came out to move and spray it off and wouldn't go in 2high or 4high. Dropped it down into 4low and it drives just fine? Any help is appreciated. Look under it and don't see anything apparent.

 

When I say it wouldn't go in 2 &4 high I mean move. Shifter moves freely in cab and under. Thanks

 

When I was test driving my 88 4 runner, it got stuck in neutral. The guy I bought it from took the shifter rod out from the top and put it back in. He had to take the console out, and four bolts on the top of the transfer case that hold the stick in. It took him about five minutes. Not sure if you want to take your console out, but it worked in this case.
