Here is my build up tread for my 1994 Toyota Surf. I have had it for about a year now and now its time to start with the mods to make it fit my needs. The truck is being changed from a daily driver to a work truck (majority steep logging roads)

Here is what I am starting with:

4" body lift to be removed

 

Major to do list:


Body Lift Removal and new Tires and Rims

Remove existing 4" body lift and replace with new 1" body lift
Install 33"x10.5"x15" BFG AT mounted on 15"x8" rims
Suspension Lift

1.5" ball joint spacers
2" coil spacers
Diff drop
Panhard drop kit

or

1- OME 2901-Medium load rear coil springs
2- OME N72F- Nitro Charger Rear Shocks
2- OME N98 -Nitro Charger Front Shocks

Fabricate and install front and rear bumpers

Build with both front and rear hidden hitch mounts forward plan for location of front mounted intercooler. Integrate both fog lights (hella) and blinkers into bumper
Install front mounted intercooler


and/or

Install water/alcohol injection system from devils own

Install 3" turbo dump pipe from toyotadiesel.com

Install Front Locker - Lock right 1611 front auto locker
Install hood louvers from http://www.man-a-fre.com/pa3/universalhoodlouvers.htm


There will also be lots of minor things that will be done to the truck.
