My new (to me) fender flares arrived!
Bushwacker cut out flares. 75$ to purchase, 75$ to ship and they arrived a few minutes ago. I'll try to get them on today or tomorrow and post up a picture or two.

Ah it's only a little cut out of the front fender and I've already removed some for the tires anyway. No axle move yet, need to flex it and see if my minor mods have cleared what I needed.

The flares have nothing to do with the tires contacting the sheet metal. The flares are to make my rig legal to drive on the road when we get moved out of New Mexico. Here the laws are different than they are in Washington. That and I'm tired of slinging crap into the side windows when we get into anything muddy.
Oh and I'm not cutting anything other than a little 1" spot at the rear of the front fenders. The rears don't get cut at all.

Wow! That rig looks great!!! Hope mine looks that good with the flares on it.
Man I looked and looked for these things. Corax pointed me to a lady who was selling a set off of her 85, got lucky and was the first to offer cash and she took it. Hoping to have them installed this week, it's 40 degrees outside and windy as all heck today so maybe tomorrow.

either way, that's a heck of a deal man, good for you! Can't really say I blame you for the delay, I would be inside sittin on my butt if it was 40 degrees outside. I'm kinda a wuss when it comes to the cold. lol, good luck!
