First off, I know this has been gone over many times, but the thing is, my computer went down and I lost all my links to people's build threads. I've tried searching for them, but we all know the search on these forums aren't the greatest.

Can people who have these threads bookmarked, can you post them on this thread for me? I would be very greatful. I found a guy up here who does great work at a decent price so I want to start drawing up my idea of a bumper. I would like to have a couple of ideas for us to go off of and take the best parts of several bumpers and add our twist to them.

Update....
Back to square one again. The guy I was going to go with (I've seen his work and it's top notch) just got his business lic. and due to legal issues up here doesn't want to make bumpers anymore.

Before everyone yells BS, let me explain....

You own a business, you build me a bumper. No problem...

That bumper is involved in an accident (doesn't matter if my bumper hits you or you hit my bumper) apparently that person can try to go after the person who built that bumper because it did "excessive" damage to their auto. Sounds very stupid I know... But this is the second person I've tried to go to with the same response. The first person actually had legal action taken against him and his business in the past because of this.

 

Oh... Never heard of this before.... Something to think about as I'm building my bumper, I guess... Thats definitely something an Alaskan would do

 

Hmm, so the giant metal spikes I have planned for my front and rear could net me some trouble eh?
