22re CEL 25 HELP!!!

Hey guys, i am having a bit of a problem with a code 25 in my 1990 22re.
A little history on the truck: Just got new motor in (100 miles on it). Motor is all rebuilt with engn bldr street rv head, 261 cam, ect...
I am getting a consistent code 25. I have checked afm (good) replaced o2 sensor, replaced water temp sensor, check to make sure all wires going to o2 sensor are good (and they were).

When i did the motor, i meticulously cleaned everything, intake ect... replaced fuel filter ect...
I am kinda out of ideas. Any thoughts???

Also, when there is a light on and you fix the issue, will the cel light go off immediately or do you have to reset ecu?

Need to reset ECU by either pulling the fuse under the hood or disconnect battery. I had code 25 and 26 going off at same time and it ended being the o2 sensor but since you replaced that try testing the TPS. And check ALL vacuum lines for leaks/cracks.

As a side note you have to be careful cleaning intake b/c some cleaners will damage the TPS when sprayed into the intake.

code 25

I would check all your ground wires. The engine doesn't really like it when one isn't hooked up lol which was what fixed my code 25.

Did you change the gasket for the o2 sensor when you switched it?

check for air leaks or cracks in your intake.

check for exhaust leaks before the o2 sensor.

you could also run some injector cleaner through it. there are only a couple kinds that do a good job. one is red line si-1.

It still could be the afm I heard someone say it checked good but he ended up replacing it anyway and it fixed his problem. hhmmmm thats all I can think of at the moment. Hope that helps

Ok guys, i threw a brand new denso o2 sensor in it. I checked the egr setup according to the fsm and checked out good. I am getting around 34psi at idle and 37 psi revving of fuel pressure.
I did replace all gaskets, checked all grounds, there is no exhaust leaks and i can not find a vacuum leak.
The plugs all look the same and they really dont look too lean. Maybe a little light colored but maybe ill throw up a picture of them...

I am stumped on this!!!
