90 Pickup starting running bad over the weekend

I have a 90 Pickup with the V6 and this weekend it starting running bad especially at low rpms. I'm not getting any engine codes. It starts fine and idles fine with a little shake to the engine. When I am in 3rd or 4th gear at low rpms though, the whole truck is shaking and it feels like I have no power. When I get it past 3 or 4k rpms it seems to smoothen out and is fine. It kinda feels like its running on 5 cylinders. Any ideas?

Thanks, Kevin

Really?? It ran fine one day and then the next day I started it and its doing this. I thought about changing the plugs, but I changed them last year.

Found the problem. It was the spark plug wires. One of them got burnt from the egr valve and wasn't functioning. This forum helped me solve the issue. Thanks!
