So I went to start my 82, and it cranked over once then everything went dead. It has dual batteries with an isolator. It also has a CB that is wired to direct power so the truck doesn't have to be on to use it, well if you turn the CB on with the ignition off, it comes on but you get some strange feedback threw the speaker and as soon as you turn the key on the CB shuts off. The only electronic thing that seems to be working is the fuel pump.

I swaped out a GM one wire alternator a while back as well. Any ideas?
