Blown exhaust valve 90 22re

Does anyone have a ROUGH IDEA on how much it would cost to fix this problem (parts and labor). Truck is running on 3 cylinders right now due to 1 exhaust valve gone kaflewy

How do you know you lost a valve? did you do a leakdown test? If it is gone you are looking at a head rebuild. 400-1000 for head removal/install and 200-500 for head rebuild.
