No master keys - What now?

I bought my 99 4 runner from a used dealer. It only came with the sub-key, no masters, no key chain transmitters. My vehicle has the transponder built into the key. I got the key code from the dealer. Where (besides the high priced dealer) can I get the key programmed? Or, what do I need to do to get master keys?

Thanks!

If your talking about the Alarm remote, you can find used one's on eBay for under $20.00. As for programming them, that easy.... there have been plenty posted on this subject.

If you have 2 remotes make sure you have both remotes ready.
open drivers side door
stick the key in the ignition then pull it out
lock and unlock the door 5 times (thats 10 times that you have to press the button) It should be completed with door unlocked.
shut and then open the door
lock and unlock the door 5 times(thats 10 times that you have to press the button) It should be completed with door unlocked.

stick the key in the ignition and turn to on then off then on then off
pull the key out of the ignition
you should hear the door locks go clunk clunk
press the two top buttons on the remote for 1 second
then press the unlock button by itself for 1 second. Now for the second remote,
press the two top buttons on the remote for 1 second,
then press the unlock button by itself for 1 second. After you have completed the program of both remotes, put the key in the ignition and pull it out. Your remotes are now programmed.

you can do the remote easily. you can cut a thousand keys from toyota and none of them will start your truck because you MUST to have the master key to program the slave keys. toyota will replace the ECU ($2000 part) for free if you will buy a master and slave key along with pay for the labor to change the ECU (about $250) as a "goodwill" gesture.

good luck.
