Question Buzzing Right turn signal ?

Installed a new deck today ( new to me ), turned lights on, all dash lights worked, flipped the switch to turn right and this buzzing, irritating noise came from the internal fuse box under the driver side dash? Tried left signal and it just clicked but abnormally fast along with the hazard lights when i turned them on? I dont think the deck has anything to do with it, same as before just not broken. i have not checked the fuses under the dash ( dark out ) all the fuses under the hood were fine though.

its a 1986 toyota 22r, if anyone has any suggestions as to what the issue may be, it would be greatly appretiated.

Im confused.. I installed a deck too, but it was attached to my house.

Im going to guess your turn signal relay is zapped which is a cheap easy fix... but am intrigued to what a 'deck' is on your yota?

A deck is a stereo. You signals will flash fast if your bulbs are blown or fuses have blown.

X2. Had this problem on my pickup when I bought it. Checked all the bulbs and had a left front turn signal out. Replaced it then it started flashing normal
