Cool 1994 Toyota Pickup Idle Surge

So i got this 2.4 22RE Toyota Pickup. The idle has been whacked since late January. I replace the Throttle positioning sensor, spark plugs and wires, rotor and rotor cap, and pcv valve. In addition, i cleaned out the vacuum hoses and still nothing. the video provides a more insight into my problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I've had this problem on all three of my 22res at some time or another. All of them were due to the coolant level being low.
Mis-aligned TPS, IACV malfunction (clog, valve not working) and incorrectly set timing and idle speed can also cause this. I know you said you replaced the TPS already, but is it set correctly?

I know its for the 4runner, but its the same stuff

i'm almost certain that i set the TPS correctly. I used a multimeter to set to the proper range. The coolant is normal. the only thing i can think of it the IACV. I was not able to take it out but will try again.

Thanks for those two files! I really appreciate it.

well i took out the throttle body once again and was finally able to detach the IACV. i sprayed carb cleaner and it would not drain it, i figured there was a clog so i started to bang it against a hammer, and sure enough, a clog about the size of pen cap came out... it was a blue shop towel.... idle is now normal and is working great...
thanks for the help!!
