Yota Jim's out here in Denver likely has it but the sun will have cooked it.

I presume it is no longer sold by dealers? Can a local body shop make up something similar that will work for your needs? tried JC Whitney?

 

I should have 1 or 2 of those, but I don't know in what condition.
