I found a deal on a brush gaurd off a 1990 toyota pickup. its in great shape and I really like the way it looks. But I own a 1984 toyota pickup. Are these years interchangeable? Id deffinitly give him the 100.00 he wants for it but id hate to buy it and it not bolt up.

 

Just get the measurements from him?
They typically are different if i remember correctly though.

Yeah. but the holes should be a problem, measure from the front of your frame to the holes. the width of the frame, or you could just put new mounts on your brush guard that will fit, if you like it that much you can make it work.

 

im pretty sure it wont work, i tried to put one off of an 87 on my 92 pickup and it didnt work, the holes are different and the shape of the bumper is different
