04' Tacoma TRD... 105,000 miles ... Does $15,900 seem high to you?

Hi folks , I appreciate any input here . I'm thinking it might be time to get out of my 93' Toyota . It has low compression , smog is coming up , and I've been offered as much as I paid for it two years ago . So I've been looking around at a newer Tacoma . Here real clean looking 04' , with just over 100,000 miles

My question is , does $15,900 seem a bit high ? I have good credit so I'll get a low APR , but I'm wondering what people on the forum here think . I've owned two 93' Toyota's , I know they're solid , but if I get a four year loan , there is a good chance I'll still be paying off a truck that has 200,000 miles on it in four years time .

As a side note , I'd definitely like to fix up this truck , not really turn it into a crawler, just the usual upgrades like maybe a front ARB air locker , a lift , some skid plates and a wench . Any thoughts on an 04' Tacoma w/ 100,00 miles as a good platform for a small build up ? Thanks . Vincent .

I wouldn't pay more than 12K for that truck.

I agree 12K seams about right, nice looking truck tho. and yes it should make a great truck to mod, the 3.4's will go forever.

IMO a little high. perhaps the seller has some flexibility due to the high miles.

However, clean retail is $16,000 per NADA

Offer $12,000, walk away and see what happens...

This link shows Autotrans even though I chose manual.
