i have a 88 toyota 4wd pickup with a 22re. now sometimes my rpm gets stuck (for lack of a better word) after i take my trans out of gear. i originally thought this to be my throttle cable, so i bought a new one. it normally idles around 1k, but sometimes it can get "stuck" at as high as 2.1k. wondering if anyone know what this is.
