90 3.slow, bad mileage, boggy, fuel smell when cold

I have read many threads about bad mileage or leaking fuel, but none with all my symtoms.

Truck starts ok when cold, seems boggy, have to feather the throttle to move the truck. It it stalls when trying to move it, very hard to restart (have to almost hold it on the floor to get it to refire)

Also smells of gas when cold (seems to be coming from the exhaust, not anything leaking under the hood)

Once its warmed up, seems to run pretty good, maybe a little more guttless than the normal guttless feeling it has always had......

terrible mileage (even by 3.slow standards as far as I have read) Mileage is like a quarter of a tank in 25-35 miles or so

seems to be getting way too much fuel, I am thinking it could be a coolant temp sensor, o2, or maybe a fuel pressure regulator leaking into the vaccuum line hooked to it.

Any other ideas or known problems?

I have the same problem as far as this goes.. I am not sure what could be causing it!

Already checked the fuel rails for leaks etc. Bad mileage sometimes as well, but not always
