Yotatech Junkyard Raid 2011

Hey guys,

I plan on heading up to Harry's U-Pull-It in Hazleton PA the first weekend in April. I know a bunch of you said you wanted to go so i'm making this thread.

What - A pillage of all the Toyotas at Harry's U-Pull-It Hazleton

Where - Harry's U-Pull-It Hazleton. 1010 Winters Avenue, West Hazleton, PA, 18202, 570-459-9901

Date - First weekend in April, Saturday April 2nd

Who - Yotatech!

Time - TBD. I'd like to get there when they open. If need be people coming from far away can sleep over my apt. (Ian, RB talking to you guys) be warned, it's small.

What to bring - Tools and anything else handy, i.e. cart with wheels, also money!

Other - I think it costs $2 to go in also bring some money in case we go out to eat or if you plan on buying parts. Also, no open-toed shoes allowed.

Contact info - The phone number listed on the site is 570-459-9901 if you need to get in touch with me shoot me a PM. Harry's site click here.

Directions - (Taken off the site)

from I-81:Hazleton Exit 143 to Route 924 North. One mile to traffic light and turn left. Three blocks to Winters Avenue and turn left. Stay on Winters Avenue for 10 short blocks and watch for the entrance to Harry's U-Pull-It.

The last two times I went it was picked clean, all the Mexicans took everything. Also when I did go barely any Toyota trucks. I may still go though.

That's too bad, maybe they won't be cleaned out (i hope). Also there is another junkyard i'd like to hit up in the area. Joes pick and save or something like that i was told it has lots of yotas.

Not to be racist but thats exactly how it is around here. Mexicans go through and will pull anything off that they can steal. So 99% of the cars are missing fuses, gas caps, and anything else small you can fit in a tool bag.
I dont bother going to look for toyota parts anymore

Hope it works out for you guys though, sounds like a fun trip

16th sounds much better.
not like I really need anything, but being the hoarder that I am, I will take anything I can find.
mostly, I think we were looking for a good excuse to all meet up. Look forward to meeting you all.
have to find out if there is an age restriction being that Joe is 15.

Hey, here is a interesting idea, if any of you want to trade parts or have parts someone wants, bring them with you then you do not have to worry about shipping! I know, I'm a jeanyus!!
