Good deal?
#1
Hey Im just curious on your guy's opinions on this,
I might buy a 1982 toyota pickup within the next couple days for $800.
It's got what I'd guess to be a 4-5" suspension lift and 35x12.5 tires (bald) its got bushwacker fender flares and a roll bar with some KC's on the front. And the interior is pristine.
Only thing is the bed is toast, rusting through on the sides and bottom. The cab and frame all seem fine.
So I was wondering if it seems like a good deal or not? It runs but is rarely driven. but its gonna need new tires and rims and a new bed.
Thanks

Be sure to pull up the carpet/rubber mats, 1st gen trucks are notorious for rusting floor boards, especially the drivers side ( left lower windshield seal leaks) and the cab corners behind the seats.
