Need help!! How to remove and install bushings on pickup

I bought my 1994 pickup about a year ago and everything on it has been perfect except the front suspension is starting to get loose and sloppy so i tore it all down and now i'm trying to find out how to remove the Vulcanized rubber from the bushing shell and save all the metal pieces i could not find a post where someone has done this with the energy suspension bushing kit so if any one know a thread for way back or has any advice please comment any help will be greatly appreciated

put some safety wire through the inner sleeves (so you don't lose them) and toss 'em in a campfire for awhile?

Otherwise . . . torch

I'd just buy new OEM bushings, they lasted for what.... 16+ years? I have poly bushings on the UCAs and I've had to replace them twice as often as my OEM LCA bushings/
