Wet headliner in '03 Tacoma - blocked drains?

Just recently I've notice my headliner is wet, from the top of the windshield, spreading from drivers to passenger side. It is wet about 2 - 3 inches up from the windshield, evenly spread across.

I am thinking it could be the drain tubes. Does anyone know where the exists are for these tubes so I can test it out?

If it was my windshield frame leaking, would I see visible rust? I don't see any, but maybe it is hidden inside the frame or something. The truck was recently painted with a new windshield installed (it was in an accident and rebuilt).

Thanks for your help!

I'm assuming you have a sunroof, the drain tubes are usually at the bottom of the A-pillars so they are next to impossible to get to from the bottom. Open the sunroof and look in from the top, you should see a hole in each corner of the sunroof frame (it may or may not have rear drains)-these are the drains. They get plugged up from parking under trees and such, also the tubes can detach from the frame. Try pouring some water in the frame and see if it flows out of each drain. If it does and you can't see anything blocking the holes, that pretty much eliminates the sunroof. Since you mentioned the windshield was recently replaced I would suspect that first, but it wouldn't hurt to check the drains.
