power steering on an 87--how to add

i have an 87 toyota pickup 4x4 22r carb engine want to know if i can put power steering in it, it has none and where i can get some part if i can

to make it easier on you grab the parts of an 86-88 truck as well. The PS boxes in the 89-95 trucks were a little longer making it difficult to mate up to the steering rod.

Junk yards are also a great place to start. Go in find a truck thats the same years as yours, and take the WHOLE PS system. That way you know you got everything and you can see it set up.

just make sure before buying all your parts your head has a boss drilled and threaded for the belt tensioner
