3VZE Reman swap questions.
Greetings,
I have a 1990 Toyota 4x4, 230k miles, extended cab 5spd, 3.0 that I am getting ready to put a rebuilt engine into. I plan on putting the new one next to the truck, taking parts off the old and put onto the new as I do it. this is my first time so I'm trying to eliminate as many chances for error as possible.
I'm ordering parts and wanted to get opinions on anything I should get to avoid waiting for other parts as I live in a small town and parts are limited locally. So far on my parts to order list of stuff I'm going to replace when I do the swap:
-Radiator -Clutch kit (is HD worth it?) -Hoses -Belts
Do I order motor mounts? They seem expensive, I thought about just doing it so I don't have to wait for them to come in, but seems like a lot of money if they might be ok.
Was going to do the O2 sensor because I don't know when/if it was done, know it's not to hard to test, but figured I'd just do it. I'm thinking about cutting stock exhaust off and putting a glass pack it...thoughts?
I'm planning on ordering parts soon and start the swap so any helpful suggestions or ideas will be appreciated. I'm mechanically literate, but defiantly not an expert. will have a friend who's a mechanic helping me along the way.
Thanks guys,
Martin

I replaced my motor mounts and tranny mount while it was out, my tranny mount was split/torn on one side and I didn't even know it till it was out.
Take lots of pics before and during so you can see how/where things were.
Start spraying down rusted fasteners now with PB blaster.
Label every little vac hose, etc...

What's the official name?
hey guys, thanks for the help so far.
I have another question. the bearing in this part are obviously going out. I would like to replace this but am having problems identifying it.
What is this?

I used the picture of another thread, he has it labeled as a upper radiator hose pully, but can't find any parts listed under that.
thanks.
