when I put the heat to the floor there is no heat on the passenger side. I see an inlet vent when it is on recyler, but it doesn't appear there is a vent for air to come out of. am I missing something or is this normal?

The heat on my 4runner passenger floor comes from the vent behind the lower dash center console near the firewall. Kinda underneath the radio.
