Have you dealt with Engine Solutions or City Motor Supply?

My 22RE bit the dust and I need a new one. I was leaning towards ordering a new engine from Oregon, 22RE, or one of the other companies selling motors on e-bay. In my search for a local supplier (DFW area) I came across a company "Engine Solutions" that appears to have offices in various parts of the country. The Fort Worth, TX branch says they will do a turn key long block swap (with a new "re-built" long Block from City Motor Supply in Dallas, TX) for $2,297 + tax. That seems like a good deal but do not know anything about either company (not that that is bad as I don't do this everyday). Just wanted to know if any of you have heard of them and what you thought of the deal. Search function did not turn anything up on these companies. I believe the warranty is 3 mos labor, 3 yrs/50K miles for parts.

Interesting. I had planned to go over to City Mortor Supply today and pick the engine up but something came up today and I couldn't. Sounds like I need to think about it. Thanks.
