stupid vacuum line/ high idle issue

need some help on a vacuum line. it runs from the throttle body to an steel line by the firewall and intake manifold, then out of said line to a "T" one of which goes to the black canister. Where does the other go? I was completely missing that line. my truck has been idling between 1500 and 3500! rpm iv replaced most of the vacuum lines iv heard the stock idle should be 850? i really need to know what this line goes too

probably to the throttle body. should run from canister to vsv then to the steel line then the throttle body.

EDIT: I read that again, are you talking about the larger hose? from the canister? That "T" should be your VSV. It's not a tee fitting.
