Disassemble the knuckle, pound the studs out?

Sheared all the manual hub studs?
Disassemble, remove the wheel hub, and then drill and tap.
Might be able to get them to come out with left hand drill bits or easy outs.
Or drill out as much as you can and try to pick out the pieces then drill and tap.
If you don't think you can get them out, buy a new wheel hub as a used one isn't but about $25-40 typically.

Upgrade to chromoly manual hub studs.
