Transmission cooler question

Which is the return line to the transmission from the cooler? I want to install a temp gauge on the return line, to make sure my cooler is getting the job done.

Thanks.

doesn't a typical trans temp sender for an aux gauge get put onto the trans pan? I don't know that's why I am asking, but I have also seen them put on a test port of a transmission too. Not sure if the yota trans has one of those though. But I guess the return line is the same as the pan right?

Most go in the pan, this one is designed for inline. I don't have a threaded port in the pan.
