My daily driver, 1994 Yota gauge cluster dimmer recently started to fail at a pretty strange way. The failure describes itself that the other part of the speedometer doesn't want to go bright. (the part after 60 Mp/h) but all other gauges go bright if i use the dimmer.

Probably bulb going out and needs replacing.

is it a major deal to fix it ? does the whole dashboard have to go out ?

Do some seaching. Should be easy to find a gauge cluster bulb replacement thread.

Probably a 94 bulb.

I did some searching and found out some interesting posts. But i didn't find out what kind of bulb i need to get. what type and such. Picture would be awesome.

Seems like them Led bulb's are the way to go. Although I will try to find these standard bulb's here in Iceland before reaching to online stores. So for a couple of days I won't let this one broken bulb bother me
