Recently informed that the large 'TOYOTA' logo displayed on the tail gate is unavailable from MaToyota in 'silver' ($20) for my 93 P/U,... but that black and white were available for $108. The black might provide a subtle look given that my rig is dark green.

Quite a big difference in $$$, given the age of the decal (stick-ability/adhesiveness) itself considers a second thought.

Any locations that I can search for this stock decal?

A couple years ago I had my logo stripped off by an automatic car wash. I went to a local shop that did truck lettering and decals. They made me a new silver "Toyota" for the back. It looks identical to the original.

just go to a shop that deals with vehicle decals. They can whip something like that up cheap and fast

 

any decal shop should be able to make something like that, hell give you more choice in colors if wanted too and maby even tweak it a little if you wanted to add your own flavor to it!
