INTEGRATION RELAY output for Dome Lamp? Any good suggestions?

The INTEGRATION RELAY works and no problems - BUT anyone out there that can recommend were I can make contact in the integration relay to drive additional lighting in the foot rest area.

At this time, the Dome light is not enough to see at night when entering the truck and wish to add more lighting.

We know that we must use an output from the integration relay and NOT ground my circuit at the door switches (this does not work)!

With A safe electrical suggestion from you guys will help as I'm going to use a small ice cube relay to drive the additional lighting (fused of course).

Thanks in adavnce!

info: 1990 4x4 extended cab truck A/T 4cyl.

Jeez, this whole "doom" light sounds kinda ominous. Does it light the portal to the underworld?

Thank you for who ever corrected the spelling of "Doom" to Dome! I didn’t realize 2 letters would confuse one self for a portal!

Simply need a suggestion for the wiring that I need from this integration relay area.

Thanks.

See the link below
select 90-95 4runner interior light.

IK it says 4runner but the integration relay is the same in the trucks

It appears that you want to splice on to wire #12 off the relay harness to activate you foot well light relay.
Hope this helps

Yes, I have seen this print and #12 is the black wire for the Integration relay ground for the dome light (door switch mode). I see the bk/wh wire is the +12v source for the dome light itself (manual mode).
If I remember - the 2 wires come out of the fuse (Junction Block) that can be seen from the front.

Thanks

Sorry, man. I have no life and things like that keep me entertained. I'll see if can find it in my wiring diagrams.
