I have a 2001 Tacoma and I wanted to have factory fog lights. Only problem is this model Tacoma never came with that option. I've searched and see I can replace a whole 4runner bumper on the Tacoma, but my question is if I can replace just my black plastic valance on my tacoma with just the black valance from the 4runner (so I can obtain the factory fog light holes). Please let me know if this is possible and point me in the right direction is do. Thanks. Pictures below.

 

I don't know if the valence bolts onto the Tacoma bumper but if it did you would be on your way. You'll need the Hella Micro de light kit and all the mounting hardware and brackets as well. Im lookin at this kit
